This ring may look familiar, it was one of Blackbeard's (Ian McShane) rings from the 2011 film, "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides." The reason we can sell it without having to acquire a license....we designed it years ago and it has been part of our jewelry line and sold long before it was chosen by POTC as an open market ring that Blackbeard would wear.
We call the style of this ring a scoop. It is a shank that is extremely comfort fit (rounded) on the inside, so there is very little contact of the metal on your finger, making it super comfortable. Inside the scoop of the ring are skulls laying every-which-way, and 6 bezel-set 3mm stones. The ring tapers from 12.78 mm on the top, to 7 mm in the back. Sterling silver. Los Wonkalerros
Pyppee, Alfiler, Lleo & BubbaLou
For nearly 20 years we have been Hollywood’s “go to” jewelers for television and films. In our spare time, we design and make jewelry that we like to wear. Most pieces are inspired by our rescue dogs, Pyppee, Alfiler, Lleo and BubbaLou, but we also make items with other themes, like skulls, pirates, tikis, Vikings, tattoos, etc.
